Who is a member of HOTCity?
Our members are businesses and property owners, occupants or tenants of a commercially rated property that fall within our boundary, and who pay a special targeted mainstreet rate collected on our behalf by Auckland Council.

There are many ways that Heart of the City aims to support its members. As well as marketing and promoting the city, and putting on events to bring people into the city, we provide a range of services and tools to assist business in the CBD. These include:
- The Heart of the City Website: Here you can create and update your own business profile and keep up to date with important information for your business.
