Perceptions and behaviour

Understanding how different people who use the city centre feel about it and how they behave here is an important to us. Understanding what areas of the city could be improved helps us to focus our attention on creating a more enjoyable city centre experience, and knowing what people want to do and see here helps us plan and deliver our destination marketing programme for the city centre.
