Brolly

Brolly is a seasonally theme changing pop-up bar & eatery from the team at The Parasol & Swing Company.  It is our own little passion project of things we love in a quaint, 4 table space overlooking Auckland's Viaduct Harbour.  Focusing on local producers, foragers, organic & natural wines, craft beers and of course a creative imagining of modernised classic cocktails designed to pair with the food.
