Alex Swney - CEO

Alex is our CEO. Alex is responsible for championing our advocacy work and lobbying for the physical enhancement of the city.

Tania Loveridge - Centre Manager

Tania's role is to help strengthen the relationship between Heart of the City and our members, and to deliver a range of key projects that seek to improve retail and business in our city.

Kate Cleaver - Marketing Manager

Kate is responsible for the strategy, direction and management of the BIG little City brand. She is responsible for driving visitation and spend to the CBD through destination marketing, with engagement from the private sector.

Megan McComb- Marketing Executive

Megan is the Marketing Executive on the BIG little city campaign. She works closely with Kate to bring the campaign to life.

Jane Stewart - Project Manager

Jane is responsible for a delivering our events programme and our events sponsorship calendar.

Natalie Donzé - Marketing Executive

Natalie is responsible for delivering Christmas in the City, and works with Jane on to help bring our events sponsorship calendar to life.

Jocelyn Hugill - Marketing Communications Co-Ordinator

Jocelyn is responsible for the HOTC member communications, the BIG little City website and is our social media expert.

Raewyn Pope - Office & Accounts Manager

As our office and accounts Manager, it is Raewyn's role to ensure the Heart of the City offices run smoothly. She is the friendly voice at the end of the phone and is responsible for looking after our accounts.

Werner Mascarenhas- BIG little City Guides Team Leader

Werner is our BIG little city Guides team leader and is responsible for leading our dedicated team of BIG little City Guides.
