What's on this spring? Why events are so important.
The outlook for spring is for a packed calendar of events in the city centre. This is great news for a number of reasons - events bring visitors, spending, excitement and buzz, among other benefits.
People who attend events engage with the surrounding areas on either side of the event – they stay in local hotels, enjoy dinner and drinks in hospitality venues and often take in a spot of retail or nightlife too.
We’re thrilled to see the enthusiastic return of events through the remainder of winter into spring and beyond, and we know city centre businesses are looking forward to the value they’ll bring.
