Our AGM is being held on Thursday 29 October, 5:45pm for a 6pm start at Level 1, 26 Lorne St in Auckland.

The main items of business will be:
  • Update from Chair
  • 2014/2015 Financial Reports
  • Amendments to Constitution by Special ResolutionEdit Div
  • Appointment of Auditors
  • Election of Executive Committee
  • Update on City Centre projects

Executive Committee Nominations
 
The Heart of the City Executive Committee for the coming year will be elected at the AGM. 
 
If you wish to nominate a member for the Heart of the City Executive Committee, please complete the nomination form available for download here by 5pm Thursday 22 October 2015.  Please note that one must be nominated by (2) Heart of the City members in order for the nomination to be accepted.
