Viva Presents: First Light - Auckland’s Fashion Night Out

The High Street Guild in partnership with Viva and BIG little City, is proud to launch First Light- Auckland’s Fashion Night Out, a free event where we welcome purveyors of style with substance to come and shop, socialise and experience the High St district.

First Light celebrates the new and the fresh, and takes place just twice each year. High Street is the soul of Auckland’s fashion, retail and nightlife scene and it is commonly said that ‘it all started on High Street’. First Light embraces this tradition.

The inaugural First Light event takes place on Friday the 30th September from 12 noon until 10pm and showcases fashion & retail offerings for the Spring/Summer season. The district’s fashion houses, retailers, restaurants, bars and galleries will open their doors, holding in-store events showcasing the best of the new season’s fashion, food and culture. High Street will be closed in the evening to aid your retail journey.

First Light will feature a great lineup of entertainment throughout the afternoon and evening, including Motor City Family Funk and The Checks.

Karen Walker: Launches her new ‘One on Ones’ sunglasses range
World: Denise & Francis in store passing on styling tips and fashion advice. All customers who purchase from WORLD CBD stores during First Light go in the draw to win a Shiseido skincare and make-up Gift Package valued at $500!
Zambesi: The Launch of a brand new exciting initiative, a ‘first’ for Zambesi. All will be revealed on the night
Kate Sylvester: Free gift with purchase and bubbles flowing all night
Workshop: Launch of Wunderkammer for Workshop jewellery. Zora Bell Boyd from Wunderkammer and Workshop’s Chris Cherry instore to talk about the collaboration.
