The return of Artweek and how you can be part of it

News story
Friday 1 Jun 2018

Artweek Auckland, the annual celebration of art in galleries, businesses and public spaces, returns to the city centre from 6 - 14 October.

Highlights include the return of Late Night Art, Changing Lanes, Street ArtDEGO and free guided art walks around the central city as well as an exhibition line-up that's shaping up to be exceptional.

Some of the different ways for businesses to be part of Artweek's city centre happenings are:

  • Exhibitions and events
We've seen pop-up exhibitions, floral ice sculptures, art auctions, live painting and even a spoken word/live tattooing performance take place in city centre business spaces. If you have an idea for a creative event and you'd like to be part of the Artweek fun, drop us a line.

  • Art tours
Do you have an interesting collection of art in your office or building? We'd love to know about it so we can consider it for our art tour schedule.
