Ironman 70.3 Auckland Asia Pacific Championships
Sunday 20 January brings another major international sporting event to the waterfront, the new Ironman 70.3 Auckland Asia Pacific Championship.
Around 1200 local and international competitors will compete in this international event. The Event Village is the Viaduct Events Centre and Wynyard Quarter area, and the course will
have athletes completing a 1.9km swim in the Viaduct Harbour, a 90km bike ride, which includes the Auckland Harbour Bridge, and a 21.1km run along the waterfront, finishing at the Viaduct Events Centre.
