Public transport

Public transport use continues to rise in Auckland with network and service improvements. More people now travel into the city centre during the morning peak period using public transport than private cars.

The city centre is the main hub of Auckland’s public transport network, so it’s largely possible to get here from all corners of the city using buses, trains and/or ferries.
