Terms and Conditions for Heart of the City surveys

The winner will be drawn at random. They will be contacted within 72 hours of the survey closing via email and/or phone. 

The winner must reply within 48 hours to maintain eligibility. If there is no response, the winner will be redrawn at random. 

To be eligible for entry, participants must include their contact details and fulfil all requirements outlined in the introduction of each survey by the date and time the survey closes. Entries received outside of the stated time period will not be eligible to enter the prize draw.

The prize is as stated in the survey and correspondence by Heart of the City. Gift vouchers are to the amount specified, and unless explicitly stated otherwise, to a Heart of the City business of the winner's choice. All prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and are not redeemable for cash or other prizes.

Heart of the City reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this Prize Draw with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control.
