It’s a functional, body weight based training with a twist. Their Personal EMS Trainer instruct you through a full body workout whilst small impulses - ‘magic buzzes’ if you like - help your muscles to contract stronger & deeper. Contracting up to 90% of your muscles in each repetition means all it takes are 20 minutes once ( max. twice) a week to get results.
