"OH MY CROFFLE - we specialise in fusion desserts called "CROFFLE" (Croissant x Waffle) with a Korean twist! The flaky buttery layers of a croissant with the golden crispness of a waffle, topped with the sweetness of a glaze. Croffles are made by cooking croissant dough on a waffle pan so it looks like a waffle, but it is actually a croissant – Croffle!
