Our BIG little City Marketing and Events calendar sets out to activate and promote the Heart of the City throughout the year, and to give our member businesses opportunities to be part of our campaigns.

these dates for our upcoming major campaigns, including Auckland Restaurant Month, 48
Hour City, Art Week and Christmas.
Winter:
The BIG little City Winter campaign, including Auckland Restaurant Month, 48 Hour City and a significant media and PR spend, is our biggest investment of the year, designed to drive spending in the traditionally quieter winter months. The dining pillar is the focus of this campaign through Auckland Restaurant Month and 48 Hour City gives the wider hospitality sector, along with events and retail, the opportunity to present tactical offers through this vehicle.

Art Week:
The arts, including galleries and public art, are a significant reason why people come in to the city centre. Our sponsorship of Art Week and our activations during this time (including street art commissions and Walks of Art) supports the arts pillar and gives non-arts businesses the opportunity to stage creative/art-relevant activations or promotions.

Christmas:
Christmas is the busiest time of the year for retail. The BIG little City winter campaign makes the most of this peak, driving retail spend through tactical offers, events and activations and a significant advertising and PR spend.
