All HOTCity members are invited to attend the Annual General Meeting of Heart of the City, the Auckland City Centre Business Association. At this meeting, the new Executive Committee will be elected and the Chairman's report and budget for the 2012/2013 year will be delivered and approved.

Executive Committee
The role of the Executive Committee is to provide the strategic direction of Heart of the City. This is outlined in Part 13 (page 9) of our constitution, which is available here.
