We're looking for an Office Coordinator Superstar

We have a fantastic opportunity for the right person to join the team as our new Office Coordinator.

We are a small and busy office so we are after someone that can be the glue that keeps us all in check. You will manage the day to day running of the office, look after our members communications as well manage some ongoing programmes of work. As well as being super organised, you will have administrative experience in the commercial sector, and you won’t be afraid to roll up your sleeves and get things done. You will also have great communication skills with in experience writing, and familiarity with web and social media.

You will be great at working with others, from all walks of life. Being able to work independently is vital, and being proactive goes hand in hand with this. Understanding budgets will be an advantage. We ideally want someone who can show us that they can successfully pick up discreet pieces of work and take them through to completion. Most importantly you will have an energy and enthusiasm to coordinate and complement our team.
