Terms and Conditions for Heart of the City's 2024 communications survey

Each winner will receive one spot on an underground tour of Te Waihorotiu Station on Monday, 4 March 2024 at midday (12 pm). 

There will be ten winners. Each winner will be contacted via email and/or phone and must respond within three (3) working days to maintain eligibility. If there is no response after three working days, a new winner will be drawn. The competition ends at midnight on 16 February 2024.

To be eligible for entry, responses must be from a business located in the Heart of the City boundary and the respondent must answer two or more of the voluntary questions. Entries received after the end of the competition will not be eligible. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes. People with any special assistance needs – e.g. walking sticks, injuries, people in casts, pregnancy, height phobias etc will not be able to attend.

Mandatory Personal Protection Equipment PPE will be supplied for the winners to borrow on the day. All visitors will be inducted by a Link Alliance member of staff. Tours can be physically demanding and require a good level of fitness from attendees. Winners must be over the age of 18 years old. Heart of the City will not share entrants’ contact details and personal information with any other third parties outside of the Link Alliance team to the extent necessary to facilitate the provision of the Prize.
