Notice of Executive Committee Nominations Received

Pursuant to Rule 15 of the Heart of the City Rules 

In accordance with Rule 15 of the HOTC Rules, HOTC hereby gives notice of the nominations received for election to the Executive Committee at the Special General Meeting to be held on Wednesday, 16 September 2026. 

Following the close of nominations at 5.00pm on Wednesday, 9 September 2026, the following nominations were received and have now been confirmed as valid nominations:

• Andrew Krukziener 
• Matt Ludbrook

​No invalid nominations were received. 

As the number of nominations received exceeds the number of vacancies, an election will take place at the SGM.   

Rule 14.1 sets out that the Executive Committee shall be comprised of between 5 and 11 voting members.
